某快速消费品公司区域销售总监

职位职责：
1 、 参与战略规划，制定工作计划并分解落实。
2 、 组织建立销售体系。
3 、组织 销售业务工作的开展。
4 、 负责内外部的协调工作。
5 、 监督协调物流公司的配送工作。
6 、 完成总经理临时交办的其他任务。
7 、管理区域： 15 个左右城市（ 需要经常出差 )
任职资格：
1 、本科及以上学历，营销相关专业。
2 、有丰富的市场营销策划经验，能够识别、确定潜在的商业合作伙伴，熟悉行业市场发展现状及 全国市场操盘能力。
3 、 5 年以上大型快消品销售管理工作经验。
4 、具有较强的管理能力、判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力。
5 、优秀的市场拓展、项目协调、谈判能力；
6 、受过战略管理、战略市场营销、管理技能开发、组织变革管理、合同法、财务管理等方面的培训。
