4. 技能技巧：良好的溝通與協調能力，具團隊合作精神，有培養潛質屬下的技能，熟悉相關ISO品質管理體系。
5. 工作背景：具有大型企業同等職位管理工作經驗五年以上，對壓鑄部門整體運作熟悉，專業領域經驗足。
