公关经理

职位描述:
负责雅虎中国的品牌及产品公关工作。

主要职责包括：
1. 协助制定公关策略和公关计划；
2. 与产品经理沟通，了解产品特点；
3. 管理和沟通公关公司；
4. 与媒体及合作伙伴等保持良好的公关关系；
5. 协助公关项目中的内外沟通工作。

任职资格：
1. 具有3年以上互联网相关工作经验，有门户网站公关部或者公关公司互联网客户经验者优先；
2. 具有较强的管理能力和策划能力；
3. 熟练掌握各类办公软件的应用；
4. 公司各部门间的协调能力和操作执行能力；
5. 中英文流利，英语4级以上。
6. 条理、守纪律、分析能力, 作为重要的参考因素，是否有创造性的、符合逻辑的问题解决能力十分关键。是否具有策略性思维同样被看重。
7. 是否有成功的工作经历或目标的达成， 过去的良好业绩和成功案例是重要的参考
8. 高效的沟通能力, 具有优秀的沟通谈判能力，不只是口头、也是笔头。好提案能力会有很好的加分。
9. 对公关知识的热情，随着公共关系的不断发展，对公关知识的研究将意味着新的营销模式和公关策略的出现
10. 领导力 – 积极的工作态度，能够影响组员和赢得其它部门的尊重，同时保证与公关公司的合作顺利通畅。候选人需要带领团队通过良好的计划和跟进，达成最终的目标。
