• 大学本科以上学历，人力资源管理或相关专业毕业；
• 三年以上人力资源工作管理经验；
• 熟悉国家劳动人事相关政策与法规；
• 熟悉人力资源管理体系与规范性操作流程；
• 对人力资源人事管理、社会保险、人才引进等具有丰富的实践经验；
• 具有较强的组织协调能力，擅长沟通及协调关系，具有极强的责任心及执行力；
• 具有良好的职道德；
• 公正，严谨，敬业，能接受高强度的工作，主观能动性强，工作态度积极乐观。

工作职责:
• 管理服务中心的日常工作
• 负责员工入职、离职管理，劳动合同管理，员工档案管理，社会保险增减及服务费用的审核，个人所得税申报及退税的办理，相关人事报表审核与发送，及紧急和特殊情况处理等；
