编制房地产开发可行性研究报告
2.编制房地产开发/策划方案
3.监督房地产开发/策划方案的实施
任职资格:
1.房地产开发/市场营销专业学历
2.二年以上从业经验
3.具有敏锐的捕捉市场信息的能力
4.较强的资源整合能力和沟通协调能力
5.有成功的商业策划案例和实际操盘经验,工作踏实,能吃苦,有独特的见解.
6.有杂志编辑经验者优先考虑。
