职位职责：
1、协助大区经理，共同完成公司制定的区域销售指标；
2、为客户提供及时、准确的专业化服务；
3、负责发货审核工作，订单、发货查询及回告，负责处理客户的咨询和投诉；
4、审核订单过程中发现库存预警，及时通知采购部门；
5、落实大区经理安排的结算和回款工作；
6、负责销售跟踪，尤其是重点产品的铺货率、上架率、营销活动落实情况的跟踪；
7、定期对客户的发货、销售及退货进行分析,按季度提交区域市场产品报告，适时调整发货策略；
8、及时收集市场和客户信息，定期向职位主管提供相关报告；
9、与主要客户保持密切联系，协助职位主管做好公关工作及进行客户关系管理。
10、完成职位主管交办的其它工作。
职位权限：
在核定的职责范围内行使职权并自主完成具体任务
职位资格条件：
1、大学本科以上学历；
2、具有一定的市场开发和相关销售经验；
3、开拓和应变能力；
4、深刻理解图书市场，热爱岗位，工作细致，服务热情；
5、有较强的敬业精神，适应经常出差、加班。
职位薪酬：
1、按公司职员待遇办法第一或第二职等起薪；
2、按公司奖金办法核发奖金；
3、按公司福利办法享受福利。

大区经理并分公司经理
