岗位职责：
◆ 落实区域销售指标及销售策略，确保所在地区销售目标的达成；
◆ 执行销售管理制度及工作流程，并及时完成，进行报告等工作；
◆ 维护本地区的渠道有序运行，并不断开发新的销售网络；
◆ 维护价格体系，执行促销计划
◆ 能 进行当地经销商管理和销售团队管理；
◆ 加强货款管理，确保按时回款；
◆ 本区域费用成本的使用和控制管理；
岗位要求：
◆ 2 年以上销售管理经验，熟悉快速消费品市场销售的实际操作；
◆ 有良好的沟通说服力和自我学习能力 ；
◆ 有一定的领导能力，并有团队管理经验；
◆ 具备基本的财务知识及较强沟通能力，承受能力较强。
