1、大学本科或以上学历、持国际日语能力测试1级证书、熟练使用各类办公软件及掌握电脑操作（日文）；口语优秀；
2、有2年或以上日语翻译相关工作经验，能胜任口译、笔译的工作，具备金融、保险、汽车、机械、等方面的专业知识。有文秘、行政管理工作相关工作经验者优先；有海外工作或学习经历者优先；
3、具有较好的沟通协调能力，合作性好；
4、品行端正，敬业、自律，忠于职守。
