3.熟悉国内和国际合同法及相关法律。
4.熟悉化工行业工程项目管理基础知识。
5.较强的综合分析判断能力和文字及语言表达能力，熟练操作办公自动化软件，较强的组织协调能力。
6.持有相关专业证书
7.诚信正直，勤勉敬业，富有吃苦耐劳、团队合作的精神。
