1、25-35岁，大专或以上学历；
2、性格外向，具良好的沟通交际能力；
3、熟练操作电脑熟练操作办公软件及平面设计软件（photoshopcoreldraw）；
4．熟悉网络维护。
4、具企业内刊编辑或创建经验，熟悉企业文化体系的建立及完善；
5、能够独立组织开展各类的企业文化活动，具主持经验者优先。
