系统设计和实施：
1、精通的Windows2003 Server系统的管理、配制和实施，熟悉微软的终端服务、AD域、组策略、Profile、NLB，具有中型系统设计实施经验
2、 熟悉各个品牌型号的PC Server和配套的存储系统，能够根据用户需求进行选型、配置和安装调试
3、能够熟练地在Windows Server 2003环境下安装部署常见数据库、中间件和WEB服务
4、微软Windows 2003 MCSE认证
5、具有Cisco CCNA相当的网络技术能力，熟悉IP网络系统和防火墙、入侵检测等网络安全设备，具有独立设计和调试中小型网络的能力
6、具有一定的系统安全经验者优先
7、有Citrix Presentation Server设计实施经验优先
8、具有应用系统开发经验更佳

售前咨询中小型项目管理：
1、具有良好的用户界面，善于沟通
2、具有良好的文档制作能力
3、具有中型项目的管理经验，具有良好的项目控制能力
