Job Description

职位描述:
1. 管理公司固定资产,保管公司重要合同,文件,资料等,记录公司大事记
2. 接待公司访客,协助对外公关工作
3. 负责公司内部日常事务(办公用品采购,机票预订,公司证照年检等)
4. 人事招聘、员工相关人事服务,考勤管理,协助员工培训,绩效考核工作.
5. 协助管理部长日常工作
基本要求(经验,技能 & 能力):
1. 人力资源管理,企业管理,日语等相关专业,大学本科及以上学历;
2. 有很强的服务意识,3年以上外企总务人事相关工作经验;
3. 理解能力强,处理事务高效灵活,谨慎周到,认真负责,有良好的职业素养;
4. 熟练操作MS-office等常用办公软件,特别是Word,Excel,Powerpoint;
5. 有很好的日语听说读写能力,日语1级以上水平,能作为工作语言使用;
6. 综合素质高,相貌端正,良好的礼仪修养;
7. 具有很强的沟通和协调能力;
8. 能承受较高的工作压力;
