1、大专以上文化水平；
2、5年以上快速消费品类企业销售经验，3年以上相同岗位的销售管理经验；
3、熟悉所应聘的区域行业渠道，有客户资源与网络者优先；
4、具备较强的业务谈判能力及沟通和协调能力，良好的团队管理能力；
5、独立带领销售团队完成市场销售任务与目标；
6、良好从业道德，具有承担高强度工作压力的心理素质；
7、有过粮油行业工作经验者优先；
