基地管理专员/主管
职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、对农场进行综合规划，对农场相关费用进行预算和管控；
2、对农场人员进行综合管理；
3、负责蓝莓种植、病虫害防治、灌溉施肥、采摘等；
4、与当地相关政府部门或其他单位进行沟通、协调。
任职要求：
1、农业相关方向大专及以上学历，男性，35岁周岁以下，中专毕业有3年以上农业方面工作经验也可以考虑；
2、有志于向农业种植和基地管理方向发展，能吃苦耐劳，有一定管理能力，富于团队合作精神。

工作地点：青岛胶南
