CareerWorkshopTrainerAssistant培训师助理

岗位职责：
辅助培训师完成 U Zone CDC 求职培训课程，包括课堂培训、课后辅导、论坛管理等；
在培训前了解培训学员的状态、需求及个性特点并与培训师适时进行沟通，培训中负责好开场白、结束语及气氛的调节等工作，培训后做好后期的咨询及服务，做好学员的满意度管理；
协助培训师辅导学生更好的认识自我，和对于行业、公司、职位的职业认识；
指导学生掌握正确的工作方式方法，包括沟通、问题分析、团队合作等职业素养；
协助培训师，一次培训 20-25 人
任职要求：
认同 U Zone CDC 的公司理念，致力于通过创新的培训和信息帮助中国人具备全球竞争力；
有知名企业工作经历者优先，不要求有特定的工作经验和培训经验，U Zone CDC将提供系统的培训；
良好的专业研究能力或对职业发展的研究能力；
有强烈帮助他人的意愿；愿意在压力下工作；
