学历要求：本科以上学历，文科、新闻类专业；
知识要求：思维活跃，写作能力强，了解报刊出版、发行、编辑程序与内涵，掌握并熟练运用新闻出版行业知识；
操作要求：能够熟练操作计算机、办公系统，会使用摄像机、照相机等采访工具；能够进行写作、编辑培训；
行业年限：8年工作经验，做过记者、编辑3年以上；
素质要求：
1、具有较强的理解能力，能够准确理解、表达集团的工作导向；
2、具有较强的信息收集分析能力，能够挖掘、整理案例，传播经营　　　　　　管理知识，能够将相关行业、企业的先进管理经验引入、介绍到企业内部；
3、具有良好的创新意识，能够收集信息，及时调整企业办报风格与内容；
