Job Description

工作职责:
员工招聘工作的追踪、落实;
员工入职、离职手续办理;
公司人员信息更新与维护;
各类人力报表的制作;
绩效管理政策的执行与实施及人员考核;
潜力人才选拔与培养;
领导交办其他日常工作。
职位要求:
具有两年以上相关工作经验,条件优秀者可适当放宽要求;
工作主动性强,能吃苦耐劳,具有进取心;
品行端正、责任心强,沟通协调能力及语言表达能力强;
掌握劳动法相关知识。
