一、土建工程师
1、本科以上学历，工民建专业毕业；
2、5年以上工作相关经验，熟悉地产业务；
3、具有强烈的事业心和团队荣誉感；
4、具有相当的团队管理能力；
5、能适应出差、加班工作。
岗位职责：
1、负责所有工程项目规划设计工作；
2、负责与建安公司的施工配合（设计变更、改造方案的确定）、
3、负责勘察设计单位及测绘单位的委托工作、
4、负责监督注册手续、档案注册及项目竣工验收备案、人防报批工作（包括人防图纸设计督促，人防施工、监督备案）、
5、负责配合物业销售等部门的工作、兼任施工现场甲方代表。
6、负责所有与本专业及分管工作的招投标工作，编制招标文件，组织招标、评标、合同谈判、合同签署、合同执行、一直到合同履行完毕。
