岗位职责：
1．负责“博客日报”和相关内容的内容编辑、策划、实施与管理等工作；负责对兼职编辑的指导和管理工作；
2、负责本网站其他页面内容、网上活动、博客社区、事件运作等的策划、组织和实施工作。
岗位要求
1、具有较强文字写作、编辑能力；熟悉运用主要办公软件；
2、具有丰富的媒体编辑或记者工作经验；有较强新闻敏感力；财经、工商贸易、电子商务类优先；
3、具有丰富的网络编辑工作经验，内容管理经理；熟悉各种网上频道、栏目和社区（论坛），具有丰富的频道、栏目和论坛工作经验；
4、具有较强线上线下活动（事件）策划、组织和实施能力及经验；能独立撰写事件策划和创意活动文案幷实施（个人动手能力强）；
5、具有较强内容合作开拓、交际能力、组织管理能力；
6、具有一定的网上人脉关系、媒体资源者优先；
7、具有良好的人品、团队合作精神、创业激情，及吃苦耐劳的敬业精神。
