针对学生情况，迅速把握学生的学习特点，制定相应的教学安排，对其个性化的课程讲授；在授课期间适当组织测验活动，做好记录与跟踪维护服务。
1、 本科以上学历，统招师范类专业或者英语专业毕业，大学英语六级以上水平，有教师资格证；
2、 有两年以上教师工作经验，善于与学生进行良好的沟通交流；；
3、 有良好的团队合作精神，精力充沛，有当老师激情，对教学负责投入；
4、 具备较强的人生理念和丰富的知识，能够激发学生的学习热情。
