1、23～30岁，服装或纺织专业中专以上学历，三年以上品牌女装跟单qc经历；
2、熟悉服装生产工艺流程，具丰富的针织、梭织面料知识；熟悉ISO9000品质监控体系、熟悉AQL2.5体系检验标准；有基本的纺织服装工艺知识，并有较好的成本控制意识及数据分析能力；
3、沟通协调能力强、工作积极主动，有责任感和团队协作精神，并能积极配合相关部门的工作；
