北京办事处营销总监

职位概述：
1 、营销战略，建立和优化营销管理体系；
2 、拓展市场，组建销售团队，完成销售任务；
3 、制定营销战略规划，为重大营销决策提供建议和信息支持
4 、组织拟定公司营销相关制度、规范与流程，草拟公司年度营销工作计划总体部署，并监督销售计划的执行
5 、组织项目销售定价和销售策划方案的审核
6 、组织销售管理制度制定和品牌宣传
任职资格：
1 、具有敏锐的市场洞察力，很强的市场开拓能力，丰富的销售团队管理能力，良好的沟通协调能力。
2 、大专以上学历 .3 、五年以上营销团队管理工作经验，至少二年以上本岗位工作经验，年龄在 28 － 45 岁之间 。 4 、 在北京工作 5 年以上、北京户口者优先
