职位描述：
1、负责公司知识产权保护体系的建立、管理和维护，处理公司知识产权纠纷；
2、建立健全公司法务工作的各项规章制度；
3、起草、审阅公司及下属分公司的各项法律文件及合同；
4、参与公司法律纠纷的调解、仲裁、诉讼准备以及对外律师委托；
5、协助或独立处理公司投诉、纠纷、诉讼等法律事务；
6、独立处理部分重大项目或专案的法务工作；
7、负责为公司管理层和各业务部门提供必要的法律支持服务；
8、负责处理公司其它法律相关事务及完成上级交办的其他工作。
职位要求：
1、全日制法律专业本科以上学历，具有律师资格或法律职业资格；
2、擅长法律文书写作，已取得律师资格证，三年以上相关工作经验；
3、熟悉国内外知识产权及相关法律法规和司法实务；
4、熟悉公司法、合同法等相关国内外法律，熟悉法务处理流程；
5、具备良好的人际沟通能力和逻辑分析能力；
6、法律思维严谨、逻辑性强，能适应高强度的工作压力，善于沟通和协作；
7、三年以上处理大型企业或跨国公司的法务工作经验者优先；
8、勤奋、诚实，有良好的团队精神，能适应高强度的工作压力。
