Job Description

主要职责:
1、按照流程执行公司招聘、培训、考核等各项工作;
2、负责办理员工入、离职手续,劳资关系的处理;
3、有效执行员工档案及员工个人信息资料的管理;
4、负责社保的缴纳;
5、承办领导交办的有关工作;
任职资格:
1、人力资源、劳动经济、管理类或相关专业本科以上学历;
2、3年以上人力资源管理工作经验;女性,有过酒店、餐厅工作经验优先考虑;
3、熟悉或了解最新劳动法律法规及政策,熟悉现代人力资源管理原理;
4、电脑熟练,高度的团队协作精神,较好的沟通表达能力
5、能够解决一般人事管理实际问题,具有一定的计划、组织、协调能力
