• 身体健康,五官端正,口齿清晰；
• 男性身高1.75米以上，女性身高1.65米以上，外形良好，气质出众，谈吐优雅，品行端正；
• 精力充沛，充满朝气；
• 具备积极主动的工作态度；
• 无不良嗜好。

业务要求：
• 具备异地代理销售经验，并有优良的业绩表现；
• 熟悉销售流程；
• 了解与销售相关的房地产政策、法规；
• 对客户有一定的掌控能力；
• 有经纪人资格证书者优先。
