销售经理

职责：负责某项（或某类）产品的市场分析、销售目标和战略拟定、市场营销方案拟定、促进产品销售目标的分解实施与完成。
工作内容：
1.负责医疗设备以及实验室相关耗材产品的销售，完成公司制定的每月，每季，每年的销售任务。
2.市场开拓，建立和维护所辖区域的销售渠道。
3.客户维护， 定期拜访区域的客户，定期汇报。
4.能吃苦耐劳，积极进取心。
岗位要求：
1: 大学本科以上学历，临床医学/检验医学/生物医学工程类或相关专业；
2: 8年以上工作经验，3年以上检验产品领域工作经验、5年以上市场/或销售相关工作经验；
3: 熟悉免疫诊断产品；
4: 良好的文字和口头表达能力；
5: 良好的英文读写能力。
6: 熟悉上海，江浙一带医疗产品市场情况，有相关销售渠道优先考虑。
4. 有可证明的销售业绩。
5. 有良好的团队领导才能和沟通技巧。
