Title： Sales Director
Salary：2万/月
岗位职责 ：
负责制定全面的销售策略、营销计划和发展规划。
负责组织销售运作、引导和控制市场销售工作的方向和进度；
负责销售部的日常业务和人事管理；
负责对现有客户进行良好维护和开发新客户；
负责指导团队成员开发客户，传授营销技巧，提供必要的工作支持；
负责锻炼和培养高素质的销售团队，为部门及团队成员制定营销目标和奖惩制度等；
负责对销售及相关费用进行合理有效管理和控制。
任职要求 ：
大学本科以上学历，英语流利；
具备十年以上销售经验或客户关系管理经验，五年以上团队管理建设经验。
有丰富的客户网络，具有挖掘潜在客户和独立开拓新市场的能力；
优秀的说服、沟通能力及丰富的团队领导能力；
精通各种营销、服务、渠道建设等知识技能，掌握各种客户沟通和处理客户投诉的技巧；
能承受较大的工作压力。

Job Description：
At least 10 years experience in the financial field, with at least 5 years and above in a managerial capacity in an MNC working as a Finance Director or CFO.
CPA or ACCA will be preferred.
Have technical expertise and knowledge in all financial area including reporting, budgeting, costing, planning and general ledger.
Experience in dealing with Banks borrowings and banking facilities.
Able to work independently in a face-paced environment.
Have great teamwork, leadership, good analytical, strong business acumen, communication and intERPersonal skills.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin languages.
Experience in preparing the company for IPO.
